海の食育プロジェクトとは、『日本の文化・食文化を大切に』を基軸に知ろう・さわろう・伝えようと伝承をテーマに体験型プログラムを実施しております。また体験プログラムはふたつあります。ひとつは、日本食に関する食を中心に食育の観点から、日本の海産物に関する食文化、日本の文化・伝統・食育・伝統的な加工手法を見直し再発見していただくお料理教室を中心とした食育活動です。
現在はグローバルな現代社会の視点から日本食に関する食を見直すために新たな視点を持続的に認識していただき海の食育プロジェクトが、日本食に関する食育全体の話題や食育ニュースなど海と人のつながりをテーマに発信してまいります。そしてもうひとつが、心の教室です。閉塞感の強い現代社会。人や人の持つ機能や行動原理、これを知る事で日常を楽に楽しく生活するきっかけに気付いてもらいます。毎日の生活が、明るく・楽しく・元気よくなりますことを心から願います。
